Operations Coordination
- Daily coordination between:
- Production unit
- Sales team
- Suppliers
- Dispatch team
- Track order status (uniforms, shoes, socks, belts, ties)
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain production schedule log
Inventory & Order Tracking
- Maintain stock register:
- Raw materials
- Finished goods
- Update inward & outward stock daily
- Alert management when stock is low
- Prepare weekly inventory report
Accounts & Billing Support
- Generate invoices
- Maintain payment records
- Follow up pending payments
- Track daily cash flow
- Assist accountant in GST / compliance documentation
Documentation & Filing
- Maintain:
- Vendor agreements
- Purchase orders
- Client contracts
- Employee records
- Digital + physical filing system
HR & Staff Coordination
- Attendance tracking
- Salary preparation support
- Staff communication
- Hiring coordination (when scaling)
Client Communication
- Handle:
- Calls
- WhatsApp enquiries
- Order confirmations
- Maintain customer database
- Ensure professional response system
Reporting to Founder
Daily report including:
- Orders received
- Orders completed
- Payments received
- Issues in production
- Staff updates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
