Role Summary
The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience by welcoming patients and visitors, coordinating with hospital departments, addressing queries, and ensuring seamless patient care throughout their hospital journey. The role focuses on enhancing patient satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide patients through registration, consultation, admission, billing, diagnostics, and discharge processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, diagnostics, billing, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Address patient queries, concerns, and service requests promptly and effectively.
- Resolve complaints and escalate critical issues to the concerned team when required.
- Conduct patient rounds to collect feedback and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, feedback, and service requests.
- Ensure hospital service standards and patient experience protocols are consistently followed.
- Assist in managing appointments, follow-ups, and special patient requests.
- Support front office and operations teams during peak hours and emergencies.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
