Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives. The role involves developing and executing digital strategies focused on global B2B markets, primarily in the outsourcing and BPM sectors. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in lead generation, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, paid media, and social media.

Plan and manage lead generation and nurturing campaigns targeted at global clients.

Track KPIs and optimize digital campaigns to improve ROI.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with business objectives.

Lead website strategy, content planning, and digital branding efforts.

Manage marketing automation and CRM tools for seamless campaign execution.

Mentor junior team members or coordinate with external agencies.
Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years in digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Strong B2B marketing experience in outsourcing, BPM, or IT services.

Proficient in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaigns, and marketing automation.

Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and optimize conversion funnels.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Handling US Interaction experience In mandatory
Good to Have:

Experience with US-based B2B digital campaigns.
