As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Specialist to strengthen our presence on one of the world’s leading online marketplaces.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with catalog management, listing optimization, inventory coordination, advertising campaigns and marketplace analytics to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon seller account.
- Create, update and optimize product listings and catalogs.
- Handle product variations, category mapping and listing-related issues.
- Coordinate inventory availability and replenishment with internal teams.
- Plan and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, pricing and competitor activity.
- Analyze marketplace data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace standards.
- Support new product launches and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon marketplace operations.
- Strong understanding of product listings, catalog management and Amazon advertising.
- Familiarity with Seller Central and marketplace analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty or personal care is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of additional e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising is an added advantage.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays working every month)
