Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, dispatch, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing, team leadership, escalation management, and continuous process improvement while ensuring high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and GRN activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the warehouse team while ensuring adherence to operational procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Establish accountability within the team and ensure timely completion of all warehouse-related activities.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all warehouse-related escalations.
- Take ownership of dispatch delays, pickup delays, GRN delays, inventory discrepancies, customer complaints, and logistics-related issues.
- Ensure prompt resolution of operational escalations and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Eliminate operational bottlenecks and ensure the team consistently meets committed timelines.
- Ensure issues are resolved proactively, preventing unnecessary escalations to senior management.
- Monitor and track critical orders, pickups, returns, and replacement shipments to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain professional communication through emails and coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Provide clear status reports, risk notifications, and operational updates whenever required.
Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Maintain high service levels across dispatch, pickups, GRN processing, and inventory updates.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.
- Improve warehouse productivity and team performance.
- Minimize operational disruptions and ensure customer commitments are consistently met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse functions.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch, GRN processing, team leadership, and handling operational escalations.
Technical Skills
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) / ERP knowledge

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
