We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment activities, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Address employee queries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Support performance management processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role (freshers with strong skills can also apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office
