We are seeking a highly experienced, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader / City Lead to establish and rapidly scale our commercial and retail sales operations across Pune . This pivotal role requires a proven leader with deep market knowledge, a strong P&L management background, and an innate ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of up to 50 agents. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence of their assigned city/region.
- Key Responsibilities*
- P&L Management & Profitability: *
Assume full ownership of the city's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, ensuring aggressive targets for revenue generation and cost management are consistently met.
Achieve profitability from Year 1, demonstrating sustainable and scalable growth.
Maintain a strict revenue-to-salary ratio of at least 5X, optimizing team productivity and compensation structures.
- Business Development & Mandate Acquisition: *
Aggressively identify, pursue, and secure exclusive commercial and retail space mandates ( sales) from landlords, developers, and corporate clients.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the commercial and retail real estate ecosystem.
Possess in-depth knowledge of commercial and retail market dynamics, trends, and opportunities in Pune.
- Team Leadership & Management (50+ Agents): *
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of up to 50 real estate agents specializing in commercial and retail properties.
Provide continuous coaching, performance management, and career development to maximize individual and team potential.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets for the team.
- Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: *
Responsible for achieving a 2X increase in the city's top-line revenue year-over-year for the next 10 years.
Strategically expand operations from Lucknow to other key markets across Pune , identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Drive market penetration and establish ANAROCK as a leader in commercial and retail real estate advisory in the region.
- Financial Management & Collections: *
Ensure timely and efficient collection of receivables within 30 days of invoicing.
Implement robust financial processes and reporting mechanisms to track performance and ensure compliance.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: *
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding market opportunities and challenges.
