- Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Maintain visitor logs and issue entry passes
- Patrol premises regularly to ensure safety and security
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing materials/goods
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
- Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems (if applicable)
- Assist during fire drills and emergency evacuations
- Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies
