- Set up and operate CNC turning machines as per production requirements.
- Load raw materials and secure workpieces in chucks, collets, or fixtures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and machine parameters.
- Perform machine offsets and tool setting adjustments.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Measure finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
- Make minor program edits and offset corrections when required.
- Replace worn or damaged cutting tools and inserts.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
- Ensure workplace safety and comply with company safety regulations.
- Meet daily production targets while minimizing material wastage and machine downtime.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
