The Physical Education Teacher is responsible for promoting physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits among students through structured sports and physical education activities. The teacher will plan and conduct PE classes, organize sports events, maintain discipline during activities, and encourage student participation in indoor and outdoor games.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Training Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct Physical Education classes as per the school curriculum.
- Teach basic physical fitness, exercises, yoga, sports rules, and team games.
- Develop students’ motor skills, coordination, endurance, and sportsmanship.
- Prepare lesson plans and activity schedules.
- Assess and record students’ physical performance and participation.
Sports & Activity Management
- Organize annual sports day, inter-house competitions, tournaments, and athletic events.
- Train students for school-level, district-level, and state-level competitions.
- Identify talented students and encourage participation in various sports.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and playground facilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
