Hiring: DTP Specialist (Academic Content Project)
We are looking for an experienced DTP Specialist to support a large-scale academic content and question bank development project.
Key Skills Required:
- GPT/AI tools usage for academic workflows
- MathPix proficiency (equation extraction and formatting)
- Image-to-SVG conversion and vector editing
- Convert image, PDF into word document format (Editable)
- Mathematical and scientific content formatting
- LaTeX basics (preferred)
- MS Word advanced formatting
- Excel / Google Sheets handling
- Strong attention to detail and formatting accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Format academic questions, solutions, and assessments
- Convert images, diagrams, and equations into editable formats
- Use MathPix and AI tools to process educational content
- Convert image-based content into SVG/vector formats where required
- Ensure consistent formatting across large content batches
- Support content teams with document preparation and publishing-ready files
Preferred Experience:
- Educational publishing
- Question bank or assessment projects
- STEM content formatting (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
- DTP and academic production workflows
Work Details:
- Remote
- Minimum 4 hours/day availability
- Long-term project
- NDA required
