Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective students and customers, generate quality leads, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
- Explain courses, programs, and services effectively.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Update CRM and prepare daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead conversion targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree qualification.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
