Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller cum Student Counselor to guide students and parents regarding NEET and JEE coaching programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling prospective students, converting inquiries into admissions, and maintaining long-term relationships with parents and students. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets. Responsibilities commonly include counseling, follow-ups, lead management, and admissions support in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Attend inbound inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Counsel students and parents on NEET/JEE courses, curriculum, faculty, study plans, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process.
- Understand students' academic background and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize admissions.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Schedule counseling sessions, demo classes, and center visits.
- Assist students throughout the admission and documentation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for smooth admission processing.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.

- Positive attitude with a student-first approach.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
- Time management and organizational skills.
