Boiler Type: Gas-Fired Boiler – 40 TPH
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with BOE Certificate (Mandatory)
We are looking for an experienced BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) to manage and supervise operations of a 40 TPH Gas-Fired Boiler. The role involves ensuring safe and efficient boiler operation while maintaining compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise Gas-Fired Boiler (40 TPH) operations
- Perform boiler start-up, shutdown, and load management
- Monitor steam pressure, temperature, drum level, and gas parameters
- Supervise boiler operators and ensure smooth shift operations
- Maintain daily log sheets, reports, and operational records
- Ensure compliance with IBR regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Monitor boiler auxiliaries such as FD fan, ID fan, and feed pumps
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- BOE Certificate is mandatory
- 1–2 years of experience in Gas-Fired Boiler operations
- Experience handling 40 TPH or higher capacity boilers preferred
- Knowledge of DCS / PLC-based boiler operation is an advantage
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
