Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive (Fresher) who is willing to work in the field, generate leads, and build strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors. Candidate must own a bike for local travel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Field Work)
- Visit construction sites, commercial projects, and residential areas
- Generate leads through architects, builders, and consultants
- Identify new project opportunities in the market
Client Interaction
- Meet potential clients and explain company services (ACP Cladding, Glass Facade, Glazing, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business
Market Research
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects
- Monitor competitor activities
- Share market insights with the team
Site Visits & Coordination
- Conduct site visits for initial discussion and requirement understanding
- Coordinate with internal team for project execution
Daily Reporting
- Maintain daily visit reports
- Update lead status and progress
- Share regular updates with reporting manager
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 1 year experience in Sales/Marketing
- Must have own bike & valid driving license (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel locally (field job)
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate (Any field) / Diploma (Civil is a plus)
Skills Required
- Basic sales and negotiation skills

- Time management
- Basic knowledge of construction industry (added advantage)
