Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from requirement gathering to offer rollout
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus/volume hiring drives when required
- Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring metrics
- Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-2 years of prior experience in HR Recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Location :- Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
