We are hiring a Civil Site Engineer with good experience in Stone Masonry construction in Jaisalmer for a luxury hospitality project, reporting directly to the design office with full-time work on site. Core duties include design implementation, quality control, and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Implementation: Translate aesthetic and structural drawings from the design office accurately onto the physical site.
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, labor forces, and contractor performance to match project milestones.
- Design Liaison: Report daily progress, site constraints, and technical clashes directly to the design office for quick resolutions.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect building materials and workmanship to guarantee high luxury finish standards suited for hospitality structures.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs, photo records, and progress reports for review by the off-site design team.
Requirements & Skills
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of hands-on site execution experience, preferably in hospitality or high-end architectural buildings.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read complex architectural and structural drawings; proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Soft Skills: Excellent coordination and clear communication skills to bridge on-site realities with off-site design intent.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
