6D Healthcare is a Chennai-based clinician-led lifestyle management company running a 100-Day Daily Monitoring Program for clients across India — delivered entirely online. The Role
We are looking for a Business Manager who can hold together the operational, marketing, and business development threads of a healthcare company. This is a generalist leadership role — you will not be specialising in one function. On any given day, you might be reviewing service delivery quality, briefing a digital marketing vendor, tracking an influencer collaboration, or working on a growth initiative with the founder.
This role suits someone who has managed people and processes before, understands small business realities, and is looking to step back into a meaningful, hands-on role after a break — or a management graduate ready to take on real responsibility early in their career.
What You Will Do
Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the 100-Day Program — ensuring clients are being served on time, at quality, without gaps
- Act as the operational escalation point for the team — resolving process breakdowns before they become client issues
- Build and refine internal SOPs to improve consistency and efficiency across service delivery
- Track key operational metrics and flag issues proactively to the founder
Digital Marketing
- Own and manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors (social media, content, SEO, paid ads) — brief them, review outputs, hold them accountable to timelines and quality
- Manage influencer and wellness creator relationships — coordinate collaborations, track deliverables, and evaluate ROI
- Work with internal team members on content ideas rooted in what clients actually ask and experience
- Monitor performance of digital campaigns and translate data into decisions
Business Development
- Contribute to growth initiatives — corporate wellness tie-ups, doctor referral programs, community partnerships, and other channels relevant to 6D's model
- Support the founder in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Represent 6D Healthcare in external conversations where needed
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM or any management graduate — from any reputed institution
- A strong track record of 3–4 years in operations, marketing, or general management is valued more than the specific degree
Experience:
- 3–4 years of work experience in business operations, marketing, or a general management role
- Prior exposure to healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or consumer services is an advantage — but not a requirement
- Candidates returning to work after a career break of any length are warmly encouraged to apply, provided you have relevant prior experience
Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to manage vendors and external agencies — you know how to brief, review, follow up, and push back without burning relationships
- Structured thinker who can convert ambiguous problems into clear action
- Strong written communication in English and Tamil — you will write briefs, messages, and reports regularly
- Comfortable with numbers — not a data analyst, but someone who can read a report and draw a conclusion
- Self-starter who does not need to be told what needs attention
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, or women's lifestyle is a plus — our clients and our content live in that space
A Note on Salary and Fit
We will be straightforward: ₹30,000–₹35,000 is on the modest side for a Business Manager role. We know that. What we offer in return is genuine ownership, close proximity to business decisions, and a role that will stretch you across functions in ways a larger organisation rarely allows.
This role is best suited for someone for whom the learning, the flexibility, and the meaningful work matter alongside the pay — a returning professional re-entering after a break, or an early-career manager ready for broad responsibility.
