We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment, deliver engaging lessons, and support the overall academic, social, and emotional development of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching materials.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and active participation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and student records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of teaching experience in a primary school (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
