Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Work with internal teams to escalate and solve complex issues.
