Opening for sales engineer with 1 year plus experience in technical/industrial/B2B sales.
The role involves building strong
relationships with customers while ensuring our solutions meet both safety
compliance requirements and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and target potential customers
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their safety
needs and project requirements.
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close sales
effectively.
3. Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in
fall protection and safety standards.
- Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional
materials.
4. Sales Administration
- Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and client interactions
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Fresher/up to 1 year experience in sales, preferably in safety equipment or
industrial solutions.
- Basic English language proficiency is essential.
Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Willingness to learn Technical Products (Fall Protection systems, FRP
walkways, etc.)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
