- Minimum 3 to 7 YEAR JEWELLERY EXPERIENCE MANDITORY
Drives revenue, leads sales teams, and manages daily operations in a retail jewelry setting. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, mentoring staff on product knowledge (gold, diamonds, gemstones), managing high-value inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service. They must ensure brand standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales associates on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Customer Service: Handle high-value transactions, resolve customer complaints, and build long-term loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, handle replenishment, and conduct inventory audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Operations & Merchandising: Oversee store cleanliness, security compliance, and visual merchandising.
- Reporting: Analyze KPI metrics (conversion rates, footfall, average transaction value) and report to senior management.
