Job Summary
Wedtree Group of Companies is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through inbound and outbound communication channels.
Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates up to 3 years are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities through effective communication.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads through outbound calling and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Ability to persuade and convince customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
