Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Fixed Offs: Saturday & Sunday
Job Responsibilities:
- Connect with overseas clients and assist them with business-related queries
- Maintain professional communication via calls and emails
- Manage client follow-ups and updates efficiently
- Provide accurate information and support to clients
- Maintain proper documentation and reports
Eligibility:
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable with night shift timing
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Freshers are welcome
