Job Summary
Catalyst Education is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business growth in Badagara (Vadakara) and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating student admissions, building strategic partnerships with educational institutions, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Badagara and surrounding areas.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into student admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and educational partners.
- Conduct seminars, career guidance programs, and promotional events.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to admission closure.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to execute campaigns successfully.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or the EdTech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within Badagara, Vadakara, and nearby locations.
