Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor plant performance, generation & SCADA data
- Operate & maintain solar PV systems, inverters, transformers & 11/33 kV lines
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of modules, HT/LT panels & switchyard
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick restoration
- Coordinate with DISCOM/utility for grid-related issues
- Maintain logs, DGR, and performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Ensure safety compliance, earthing & lightning protection systems
- Supervise technicians and coordinate with contractors
- Manage inventory and critical spares
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in solar power plant O&M.
- Hands-on experience with ground-mounted solar projects and 11 kV systems.
- Willingness to work at site locations.
- Knowledge of local electrical regulations and standards.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting tools).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
