We are seeking an analytical and execution-driven Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic Fintech team in Bengaluru. With 2–3 years of professional experience, you will take full ownership of core product features, steering them from conceptualization to launch. This hands-on role is designed for a product professional eager to master agile delivery and deepen their expertise in building scalable, secure, and innovative financial products.
Feature Ownership & Backlog Grooming: Translate product strategy into granular product specs (PRDs), write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and prioritize sprint backlogs with engineering squads.

Data Instrumentation & Performance: Track funnel conversion rates, drop-offs, and transaction success/failure rates.

Stakeholder & Regulatory Alignment: Partner with business, solutions, and support teams to gather requirements. (Background verification/underwriting domain knowledge is a plus.)

API & System Integrations: Leverage an understanding of API-first architecture, webhooks, and data flow to drive integrations.

Cross-Functional Execution: Work day-to-day with design, QA, engineering, and operations teams to launch features on schedule while maintaining strict code and data quality.
Experience:2 to 3 years of total work experience, with at least 1–2 years in a direct Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Analyst role within a Fintech, Payments, Lending, or Neobanking setup.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred).
