iThrive is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our digital presence, optimizing product listings, and driving sales performance across our e-commerce platforms.
- Manage pricing strategies across all digital platforms.
- Process, organize, and maintain images and other digital assets.
- Report and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and category performance on a weekly basis.
- Manage inventory status across e-commerce platforms to maximize in-stock availability.
- Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure the right products and initiatives are promoted effectively.
- Optimize content utilizing keywords and phrases to maximize SEO.
- Conduct competitive analysis to monitor how competitors are promoting products and programs within the market.
- Write compelling short-form copy for product features and benefits to improve organic search results.
- Manage reporting and analysis of sales data to drive listing improvements.
- Handle new item set-ups and ongoing maintenance across all e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee website product maintenance and perform additional duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or merchandising.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strongly Preferred: Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data integrity.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and PC operating systems.
- Account management, sales planning, and business development experience are highly desired.
