Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and expand our business across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
* Kerala and surrounding areas across the assigned territory to identify and develop new dealers and business opportunities.
* Visit dealers regularly and promote the company’s products.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers.
* Generate new sales enquiries and convert them into business.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Conduct market research and identify potential customers and dealer networks.
* Coordinate with dealers regarding product requirements, orders, payments, and deliveries.
* Develop marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales.
* Provide regular sales reports and market updates to the management.
* Travel extensively across Kerala for dealer visits and business development activities.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
* Experience in the Freezer, Refrigerator, Refrigeration, Cooling Equipment, or related industry will be preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain dealer relationships.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
