Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
