Role Overview
The Head – Visual Merchandising will lead the brand’s visual identity and retail experience strategy across all stores. This role is responsible for creating compelling visual storytelling, ensuring consistency in brand presentation, and supporting rapid retail expansion through scalable VM frameworks and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall Visual Merchandising strategy for the brand.
- Define and implement VM guidelines, standards, and governance frameworks across all retail locations.
- Drive innovation in product presentation, visual storytelling, window displays, and customer engagement.
- Lead VM planning and execution for new store openings and expansion initiatives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of VM standards across all stores nationwide.
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Design, and Projects teams to create impactful customer experiences.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Visual Merchandising team.
- Manage vendors, agencies, budgets, and execution partners.
- Conduct regular VM audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the scaling of VM operations across a rapidly expanding retail footprint.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in Jewellery Retail.
- Proven experience leading Visual Merchandising for multi-store retail networks.
- Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale retail expansion, including multiple store launches and VM implementation across a growing network.
- Strong expertise in luxury retail experience design, visual storytelling, and premium brand presentation.
- Experience building scalable VM frameworks, standards, and execution models.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Experience managing VM across geographically dispersed retail networks is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
