About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data engineering technologies, cloud platforms, and ETL processes, with a passion for transforming raw data into reliable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Build scalable data solutions using modern data engineering tools and cloud platforms.
- Develop and optimize data models, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Optimize SQL queries and improve data processing performance.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and application development teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing data pipelines.
- Implement data governance, security, and best practices.
- Automate data workflows and scheduling processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop ecosystem.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
