Cybertoss is a core ITES Company in India serving clients globally over 7 years with IT enabled services including 24 x 7 customer Support with Voice and Non-Voice Process, E-Commerce Support, Web Research, Data Management, Admin Support including Web Design, Web development, Digital Marketing with SEO. Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide assistance to international clients on email, chats or verbally.
- Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
- Take ownership of customer issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
- Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback.
- Document knowledge as solution articles.
- Master the use of help desk software.
Education:-
Graduation
Skills:-
- Excellent English Communication is a must.
- International client handling experience would get preference.
- Competent technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to honor deadlines.
- A proactive approach to support.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same domain is mandatory.
