Job Purpose
To oversee and enhance all soft services including housekeeping, horticulture, pest control, waste management, front office and support services, ensuring a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily operations of housekeeping, horticulture, pantry, front office/helpdesk, pest control & parking.
· Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and service standards; conduct regular site inspections & audits.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations
- Handle client coordination, feedback, and issue resolution
- Ensure timely closure of tenant/customer service requests.
· Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, waste management and environmental protocols.
· Maintain MIS reports – manpower, audits, inventory, incidents & feedback.
Skills & Competencies
Technical:
- Knowledge of mechanized housekeeping, chemicals, pest control, waste mgmt., horticulture.
- MS Office & facility management systems.
Behavioral:
- Service-oriented, attention to detail, strong people manager, proactive, disciplined and well-groomed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Hospitality / Facilities Management background preferred.
- Certifications in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or Facilities Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
