About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive (Telecaller) to join our growing team at Techyfe. The candidate should have experience in cold calling, client communication, and basic understanding of Digital Marketing & IT services.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
- Generate leads and schedule meetings
- Explain company services related to Digital Marketing & IT
- Maintain client follow-ups and communication records
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
- Build professional relationships with prospective clients
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling or IT Sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing services
- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality
Preferred Skills
- Lead generation experience
- Client handling skills
- Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.
