Mechanic – Roto Gravure Printing
Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical components of rotogravure printing and related production machinery to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of rotogravure printing machines, laminators, slitters, and other plant equipment.
- Identify and rectify mechanical faults in gears, bearings, rollers, shafts, pneumatic systems, and drive mechanisms.
- Carry out machine setup, adjustments, alignment, lubrication, and periodic servicing.
- Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure availability of essential spare parts.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in printing/packaging.
- Good troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
