Position: Mentor – UPSC-CSE

Experience: 1–3 years in UPSC mentoring, student support preferred
Medium: Hindi preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Mentor to support UPSC-CSE aspirants at our Lucknow offline branch. The mentor will play a key role in guiding students throughout their UPSC preparation journey, helping them stay disciplined, motivated, and academically on track.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the UPSC-CSE examination process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to UPSC-CSE aspirants.
- Understand students’ individual preparation levels, challenges, and goals.
- Help students create and follow personalized study plans and preparation strategies.
- Regularly monitor students’ academic progress, test performance, attendance, and overall preparation.
- Guide students on Prelims, Mains, CSAT, answer writing, revision, and current affairs preparation.
- Conduct regular mentoring sessions, progress reviews, and doubt-discussion sessions.
- Identify students who are struggling academically or facing motivational challenges and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain regular communication with students and, where required, their parents/guardians regarding progress.
- Motivate students to maintain consistency, discipline, and a positive approach during preparation.
- Coordinate with faculty members and the academic team to address student-specific requirements.
- Help create a supportive, professional, and positive learning environment at the Lucknow centre.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, performance, and mentoring outcomes.
- Support the centre team in student orientation, workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
