The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs for first-time managers, people managers, and emerging leaders while partnering with business stakeholders to build leadership capability across the organization.
- Deliver instructor-led classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs using interactive facilitation techniques.
- Develop training materials, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, case studies, role plays, assessments, and learning aids.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify leadership capability gaps and recommend suitable learning interventions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to implement leadership development initiatives.
- Support succession planning and talent development programs.
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Training, or Corporate Training.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering leadership development programs.
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
