- ### 8–10 years of experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
- ### Experience with process mining and intelligent automation platforms such as Celonis and Blue Prism is a strong plus.
- ### Strong business analysis skills with expertise in requirements gathering, process discovery, stakeholder management, and solution design.
- ### Proficient in process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts) and identifying automation opportunities across business functions.
- ### Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- ### Ability to identify bottlenecks processing, manual work, inefficiencies, and exception scenarios, and design scalable solutions.
- ### Experience building Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, AI Agents, RAG, and workflow orchestration.
- ### Strong understanding of prompt engineering, conversational AI, knowledge assistants, and intelligent automation frameworks.
- ### Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems through APIs, custom connectors, SQL, Snowflake, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
- ### Knowledge of JavaScript, React, Python, C#, and SQL is preferred.
- ### Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- ### Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC practices, and enterprise application development.
- ### Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
- ### Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
- ### Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) and Azure AI/Copilot certifications are highly desirable.
- ### [Optional] Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, supply chain, SIOP, engineering, service operations, or related industrial processes.
