Delivery Boy
An office delivery boy (or delivery executive) handles external errands and internal mail. Core duties include transporting documents and packages to other branches, purchasing office supplies, depositing banking, and sorting mail. They must ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate logs, and assist with general administrative or pantry tasks when not on the road.
Office Assistance & Maintenance
- Internal Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and internal memos to the correct departments or staff desks. [1, 2]
- Clerical Support: Assist administrative staff with routine tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents. [1]
- Pantry Duties (if applicable): Prepare and serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visiting clients. [1]
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of office stationery and pantry items, notifying the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance
- Vehicle Upkeep: Ensure the assigned company vehicle (motorcycle, scooter, or car) is clean, fueled, and properly maintained.
- Traffic Regulations: Adhere to all local traffic and road safety rules at all times to prevent accidents and violations.
- Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or traffic fines to the supervisor.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
