About the Role
This internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, especially in recruitment and people operations. You’ll work closely with the founding/HR team, learning how hiring decisions are made, how teams are built, and how talent drives growth.
This is a structured 3-month internship focused on practical exposure and skill-building, with the potential to grow into a performance-driven role beyond the internship period.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across roles
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Help improve hiring processes and candidate experience
- Maintain basic HR records and recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn, job posts, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or people operations
- Self-driven, organized, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus (not mandatory)
Compensation & Growth Path
This is a learning-focused internship and does not include a fixed stipend during the 3-month duration. However, interns who demonstrate strong performance and commitment will have the opportunity to transition into an incentive-based role, with earnings tied directly to successful contributions.
