A Solar Balance of System (BOS) Assembler is responsible for kitting and integrating the non-panel, non-inverter components required for a functional solar power system. They prepare, organize, and pre-wire critical electrical and mechanical parts so that field installers can deploy solar arrays safely, efficiently, and to exact project specifications.
BOS Kit Assembly: Organize and kit essential hardware components, ensuring a standardized, plug-and-play package ready for on-site delivery.
Electrical Wiring & Integration: Pre-wire electrical balance components, including the DC Distribution Box (DCDB) and AC Distribution Box (ACDB).
Component Testing: Verify that all pre-packaged electrical elements, surge protection devices (SPDs), fuses, and in-line safety disconnects operate correctly.
Quality Assurance: Inspect kits against blueprints and technical drawings to ensure all parts are weatherproof, rustproof, and compatible.
Logistics & Inventory: Manage part quantities, prevent material shortages, and package the BOS kits to minimize on-site installation time and cable waste.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
