Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior MEP BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MEP BIM modeling and coordination, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create detailed models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with other disciplines.
- Prepare and manage BIM models as per project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Review models and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Assist junior BIM modelers and provide technical guidance when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project deliverables.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Good knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing modeling and coordination.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and LOD requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Experience working on international or large-scale MEP projects will be an added advantage.
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
