About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager from the Service Industry to lead operational excellence and work closely with the MIS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining operations, monitoring performance, improving processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Work closely with the MIS team to analyze reports, dashboards, and operational data.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure process compliance.
- Conduct daily operational reviews and resolve issues proactively.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Prepare management reports and performance summaries.
- Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of Operations experience in a Service Industry.
- Strong understanding of operations management and MIS reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
