We’re Hiring: Solution Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer

We are looking for a technically strong, customer-facing Solution Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in Networking, Network Security, SD-WAN and Firewall solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Design SD-WAN, Firewall, VPN and Network Security solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer workshops
- Independently deploy, configure and support customer POCs
- Prepare BoM, technical proposals, compliance sheets and RFP responses
- Participate in technical discussions with customers and sales teams
- Support implementation planning and solution handover
- Provide initial post-sales technical support
- Assist the sales team during technical evaluations and business closures
Mandatory Requirements:
Around 5–7 years of experience in Networking and Network Security
Relevant experience in Technical Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and Firewall solutions
Experience conducting product demonstrations and customer workshops
Experience deploying and supporting POCs
Ability to prepare BoM, technical proposals and RFP responses
Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, WAN and VPN
Strong customer-facing, presentation and troubleshooting skills
CCNA certification mandatory
CCNP certification preferred
Preferred Background:
Candidates from Networking, Cybersecurity, System Integration, SD-WAN, ISP, Telecom or Enterprise IT Infrastructure companies will be preferred.
