Job description:
Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer data and update CRM records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills. 6 months of CRM experience preferred.
