Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned biopharma products
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and sales data review
- Prepare promotional material and scientific content for field teams
- Coordinate product launches and lifecycle management
- Train and support field force with product knowledge and marketing tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
- Monitor brand performance and suggest corrective actions
- Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences background; MBA in Marketing preferred
- 3+ years of experience in PMT role within Pharma/Biopharma industry
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Exposure to specialty or biologics segment is an added advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
