Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing for flooring materials and installations.
- Manage multiple dealer/retail enquiries and provide relevant information to the client to close the order
- Understanding and learning historical customer traits
- Prepare sales documents, proposals, and order confirmations with high accuracy.
- Liaise between sales executives, clients, warehouse, and installation teams for timely delivery and execution.
- Track sales orders and ensure proper invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Maintain CRM records, update sales reports, and assist in preparing performance summaries.
- Handle after-sales service requests, complaints, or replacements in coordination with project teams.
- Support marketing events, exhibitions, and client presentations with required materials and logistics.
- Monitor inventory of flooring products and coordinate with procurement for replenishment as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in sales administration (preferably in flooring or building materials).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in both written and verbal form.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and order management systems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
