Role Overview
We are looking for a Legal & Technical Executive to support secured lending operations, with a strong focus on property evaluation, legal verification, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MSME and salaried loan cases, particularly in Delhi NCR, UP, and Rajasthan markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal and technical due diligence of properties for secured loan cases
- Verify property ownership documents, title checks, and ensure clear chain of ownership
- Coordinate with panel advocates, technical vendors, and internal credit teams
- Review valuation reports and ensure compliance with lending norms
- Identify legal/technical risks and highlight discrepancies in property documents
- Support disbursement process by ensuring all legal and technical clearances
- Maintain proper documentation and case records as per company policy
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Legal & Technical (L&T) role within NBFC/Bank
- Strong understanding of property laws, mortgage processes, and secured lending
- Experience handling MSME and salaried loan cases
- Exposure to Delhi NCR, UP, and Rajasthan property markets
- Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- LLB / Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil or relevant field
- Experience working with L&T companies or secured lending institutions
