Job Summary : Job Description – Network Reliability Engineer L3/L4 Experience 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments across LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security, and Data Center technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop backend and full-stack features using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL. • Build and maintain REST / GraphQL APIs. • Create automation workflows for network operations and approvals. • Work with MongoDB, Redis, Celery, and RabbitMQ for data handling and background tasks. • Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes. • Support automation using Terraform and Ansible. • Build CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. • Integrate with tools such as ServiceNow, Git, and network vendor APIs. • UI full stack experience for JS and HTML catalogs creations. Technical Skills • Experience in network engineering / NOC / NRE / NetDevOps roles. • Core Networking: Strong in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, VRFs, HSRP/VRRP, etc.). • Network Domains: Hands-on in one or more areas – Enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Data Center (Nexus/ACI), WLAN, firewalls, or load balancers. • Automation & NetDevOps: • Design, build, and maintain network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, CI/CD. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for configuration and lifecycle management. • Integrate workflows with Source of Truth (NetBox/Nautobot) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow). • Develop reusable modules, playbooks, and pipelines for provisioning, upgrades, backups, and compliance. • Use Python with network libraries (Netmiko, NAPALM, pyATS, etc. as a plus). • Git & CI/CD: Comfortable with Git (branches, merge requests) and basic CI/CD pipelines. • Observability: Experience with at least one monitoring stack (SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, ThousandEyes, Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk/ELK, etc.). • Protocols & Troubleshooting: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, QoS, and proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues under pressure. • Collaboration & Design: • Work closely with network architects, operations, SRE, and application teams to embed reliability by design. • Contribute to network design reviews focusing on resilience, failure domains, capacity, and automation readiness. • Documentation & Mentoring: • Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and documentation for ops teams. • Mentor engineers on NetDevOps, automation, and reliability best practices.
